Dunkin'

It was 8pm on the dot and nobody but me around, still had coffee and donuts stacked, everything still working and this guy tells me closed. You couldn't just give me ONE donut out of the 75 donuts you are going to throw away anyways? Dunkin donuts wastes so much "food" its unbelievable. Theyd rather throw it in a dumpster than give it to a customer.

This is the worst dunks I ever go to. Usually wrong order, long wait, rude staff. This morning (6/27) I got a coffe and asked for a few napkins, the woman at the window rolled her eyes and threw up her hands at me like I caused her a major inconvenience. Do yourself a favor go either to a different dunks or starbucks

Normally I don’t post reviews of places like these because I know they are usually just people trying their best in a fast paced environment. The people who work here do not try at all, and there is a consistent 5 minute wait at the drive through speaker. When you go in to the store, the order is usually wrong. The hash browns and bagels are burnt a lot of the time, and the coffee tastes somewhat watered down.

Terrible Dunkin location. There were 2 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. I waited about 10 minutes until it was my turn at the speaker. I waited for another five minutes without any level of communication (no, "Just a second" or anything). I tried saying "hello" into the speaker a few times but no response, so I pulled up to the window to talk to a person. I told the man working the window that I thought the speaker may be broken so I wanted to order a coffee from him. He told me the speaker works fine and I should've waited longer (...they don't have a timer or anything on this guy?). I said I waited about 5 minutes, and he ignored that and said that I have to drive back around and start over. I asked why he can't take my order, and he said the people behind me have been waiting for a long time (!). I said that I was waiting in front of them, longer, and I wanted to order. He shrugged me off and closed the window in my face + walked away. What...in the world. Outside of this one incident, there have been a couple times the employees are hanging outside instead of inside, and while I'm waiting at the drive-thru they'll take their time walking back inside to take my order- like I'm bothering them by trying to make a purchase.

HORRIBLE customer service. Everyone is rude and miserable. It seems like a revolving door for people with a bad attitude. Half the time they can’t even make coffee right and don’t dare tell them they messed up and ask for what you actually ordered or you get a giant eye roll and based on the demeanor of the employees spit in your drink! There’s a perfectly good one down the street in Reading. Highly recommend that one as that is where I will be bringing my business.

Always a pleasure speaking to the woman in the morning over the intercom. She helps to put the right shoes on in the morning! Very organized management and seemless process and very accurate with the orders 100 percent of the time. I work at kelly nissan in woburn and we all agree and we all go there for our beverages and morning meals
