After watching their commercials on Phantom Gourmet for years, we finally stopped in to pick up one of their chicken pies to take back home to Canada. It stayed frozen for the 9hr drive and tonight we had it for dinner. Lots of chicken, potatoes and carrots in the pie. The gravy was tasty but we found it needed a little pepper and a touch of salt for seasoning. We all enjoyed it and now will have to wait another few years before our next roadtrip to the Boston area.

Really tasty chicken pies. Four sizes available with carrots and potatoes or no vegetables. A few side items such as rolls are also available. Six locations. Cold pies are cash and carry. If you want a pie ready to eat (heated) you need to call and pay in advance. They need about an hour lead time. Open 7 days a week.

Amazing food, but completely poor attitude when it comes to people not being able to eat chicken and asking for one pie without meat in it when placing a big order. It seems like they pies aren’t made there but possible else where. I can take my big orders elsewhere in the future a $300 order turned into a $75 quick. When I asked they laughed on the phone(reading location) and when I asked in person the women gave me a attitude(Medford) I wouldn’t take my business there again which such poor customer service and I would question where the pies actually come from because not being able to preform such a small tasks for someone who can not eat chicken. I am really disappointed. 1 star for the food but that’s all cause when running a business customer service and catering to the customer is most important and that’s where they fall short.
