Dunkin'

Never had any issues with orders until today. First order was wrong, missing coffee and donut. And then when order was placed again they sent the wrong donut. When we called the store, they said it's because they didn't have that donut. So they take it upon themselves to just replace it themselves. I was not contacted in any way about them not having what I wanted. Plus, the lady on the phone was very rude.

Horrible experience! Placed an order for curbside pickup, after waiting for over 20 minutes I had to go through the drive-through. My food had been sitting for over 20 mins, when I refused the food because it was cold they reheated it!! The workers were extremely rude, no apology at all. After arguing with them they finally made me a new order. Absolutely ridiculous! If you want a good meal don’t waste your money or time at this disgusting location.

I ordered through DoorDash today. I ordered a latte and 2 wraps. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong two wraps and the items inside were somewhat burnt. (I received 2 sausage wraps instead of 2 bacon ones. I can't eat sausage.) This sucks for me because i ordered during my break and it was too late for the order to be remade. I know mistakes happen but i work long shifts so now I'm stuck being hangry for the next 6 hours, since that was my only break. The latte was fine.

Worst dunkin I have ever been to the donuts had barely any icing on them and if they did it was all plopped right in the middle of it or had barely any around it, some of them didn't even have the icing on the donut but the side of it. The service was awful. The employee at the register was rude and kept walking past me at the counter. If she was busy all she had to say was, "it'll be a minute". My bacon egg and cheese sandwich tasted like it just got out of the freezer. They overwarmed my chocolate croissant as well. Altogether I would stay away from this dunkin there are plenty of other ones that have employees actually doing their job.

The place is very happy go lucky they're efficient at what they do as far as coffee goes I'm not sure about sandwiches I was able to get my coffee quickly and sit down at a table without any hassle the workers are in a very good State of mind for all the people that they have to deal with everyone's kind of humorous including the patrons it's a good Dunkin' donuts for a small establishment. I've been there before and I'll be there later have a nice one at Dunkin' donuts
