Chuck E. Cheese

I miss the old Chuck E. Cheese, but small kids don’t really know any difference. Is kind of difficult as a parent to guide smaller children to games they cannot understand. The play card is kind of difficult to manage and funds seem to run low very quickly. Wings were ok but not my fave. Pizza was kind of flavorless. The kids had fun though, if it was easier, we could’ve stayed longer. I will give 3 stars bc I’m an adult probably over analyzing a service that is not directly designed for me. Kids are the population served and they generally had some fun.

Would like to thank the staff working Wednesday night for making our granddaughters birthday celebration a special occasion. The staff working were friendly and attentive. The Pizzas, cookie and drink were good . Games were up and running with just one or two out of order. Thanks Chuckie for stopping by for a few photos. Cora and Ethan had a blast.

My wife and I took our nieces and nephews to this awesomely nolastagic establishment! First, Chuck E. Cheese is generally an awesome experience, but sadly, it's always a dying one. With that being said, I encourage all parents, family members and caregivers to take their kid's to this wonderful place so that they may experience it while it's still around. Unfortunately, the Chuck E. Cheese closest to our locale shutdown a few years back, but this location, and it's super staff, more than makes up for this cultural loss. Secondly, are you sick of your child starring at screens, or sick of them telling them not to state at a screen? If so, this fantastic place will give your child the opportunity to play, engage, interact and have fun in the real world, while also allowing you to play with them! This is the kind of experience that is sorely lacking in the disconnectedness of today's virtual world. Long story short, take your kid's to this place, have a great time with them, and build memories that will last a lifetime! Rave review aside, the food is legitimately good, and we even purchased a pizza to go!

This place has gone downhill fast. Food was gross the wings were a joke the fries weren't cooked so I let a staff member know and they wanted to take all the food back. She said it was company policy. 30 min later another staff member brought out the same fries only this time they were somehow burnt AND still raw. No one cared. The girl who took them back didn't apologize for serving us uncooked fries and the girl who brought them back out didn't apologize either or ask if they were better. And that's the vibe I got from this place, no one cares about their jobs at all. All the staff were teenagers and there seemed to be no leader but everyone was just doing their own thing. A couple staff members were just hanging all over each other which was pretty inappropriate and super gross. And ofcourse a couple of their coworkers were just standing around chatting with them. No big deal. Men's room was disgusting. Looks like no one cleans it at all. And ofcourse the icing on the cake is the outrageous price I paid for this experience. Complete ripoff. Lesson learned. Rest in peace chuck e cheese.

The experience was nice, but there was clearly no attempt of any sort at cleaning. We had a 10:00 party when they opened and the floor was dirty, the booths were covered with food, and the surfaces were ridden with greasy hand prints. In the current atmosphere, I would have thought there would have been extreme sanitary measures taken considering the type of establishment this is with germ infested children running around.
