Panera Bread

This Panera Bread is in a convenient location with plenty of parking in a useful shopping plaza. Ordering stations were working and easy to use. My order was well prepared and finished quickly even though it was busy. This Panera has such a sad outdoor sitting area compared to other Paneras I’ve visited. Besides being unattractive, the area has no station for used dishes or trays.

Ordered oatmeal two days in a row. First day I found a tomato in it, which I understand can happen due to the proximity of ingredients to each other. So I decided to give them another try today...and ended up with 2 tomatoes and a piece of lettuce. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE as this kind of contamination could be deadly to someone with food allergies.

The level of incompetence is mind blowing. Ordered a half turkey sandwich with soup and they put some horrible tuna-resembling mush with tomatoes. I went back to ask for the correct one. Wait 5 min as orders after mine were prepared. Asked how much longer…5 more minutes of waiting and still nothing. Finally just asked for a refund.

Excellent experience placing the order with Hugo at the front cashier. The challenge is getting the right items ordered from the Kitchen. We ordered a french onion soup and some other items to go. After driving away, There was no french onion soup but a vegetable soup. I had to drive back to tell them. The lady at the kitchen asked me for the soup, i give it back to her and then she apologizes and asked me if i want croutons and cheese. I say of course. I headed out. Can you believe we have to drive back again, because they still missed ingredients in the soup (cheese)? Come on guys, customers should not be dealing with this nonsense and driving to you 3X especially considering the price of gas. Something serious needs to be done in that damm kitchen 😞

This is for Panera @ Ramsey we ordered delivery today and an item was missing. As soon as we noticed we called and told them it was missing and a lady who answered the phone said it will be delivered asap. However almost an hour passed and nothing happened so we called again and one guy answered the phone. He started giving me excuses that they don't do the deliveries, but don't they get the money for the items we order online? I really think this was very unprofessional way to handle this business... for the amount of "convenience fee they charged us" we wont come back anymore that is for sure.

Panera is good just like any other Panera at this location. The only thing I can dislike about this location is that when you customize orders they never pay attention to those customizations so you either have to go back or call the restaurant and let them know that the customizations that were asked for were not provided. The employees are always very nice and kind to the customers however I just wish that they would really pay attention to when somebody has a food allergy or a specific dietary restriction and needs to have their order customized.
