Hardee's

Terribly slow service and food was not edible. 05/21/2022 at 3:28pm was this visit. We ordered 1 big ham and cheese with large fries, large tea, and 1 mushroom Swiss burger. First, we were asked to pull up, obviously to get off their timer because we waited at least 10 minutes for our food. My husband was about to go ask for a refund when she finally came out with our food. Second, the bread on the ham and cheese was wet and soggy. Like someone dipped it in water. I couldn't even eat my sandwich and had to throw it out. There were also black specks on a piece of the bun when you open the sandwich. I would have asked for a refund if I would have noticed before we left for Boston. I definitely would not recommend eating at this location.

Worst Hardees ever! I've tried to get food from this Hardees on 3 separate occasions. First two their ice cream machine wasnt working, so I didnt order. This past weekend I stopped by to try one last time. My husband tried to order the jurassic burger, they said they couldn't make it. They said they were out of coke too. We both ordered a mushroom and swiss burger instead. When we got to the window she ran my card. After running my card, she let us know that they were out of mushrooms. I asked for a refund, she took my card back and pretended to refund my card. Two days later I still have a $20 charge for food I never received. I will never stop at this Hardees again.
