Panera Bread

We order catering from here for work. If you want delivery you have to order online you can't call. The food is exactly what you would expect from Panera. For my vegan friends you can get the seasonal greens salad with bread or chips. The onions are not chopped much though! We were a little disappointed because one of the vegetarian salads we ordered came with chicken. So just a heads up if you place a large order there may be a mistake.

I went to this Panera after a 2 year hiatus and was surprised by the lack of quality. I was hoping to find a place to grab a fast casual (relatively) healthy lunch with my family with easy options that my 5 year old could enjoy. It looks like COVID has affected this restaurant chain as well. After my initial disappointment that the Thai chicken salad has been discontinued, I ordered a you pick two salad and sandwich as well as a kids meal for my son. So much has changed, from the menu to the lack of the vibrating pagers that I recall from my college days, and not for the better. The drinks from my order were forgotten and my salad had wilted, rotten looking pieces of romaine in it. The salad itself consisted of the romaine, chicken and almonds and was billed as a sesame chicken salad. The baguette was cold and a bit stale. The chicken salad that my husband ordered had soft mushy grapes that made him gag. The table was dirty. At least, my son enjoyed his plain turkey and cheese sandwich, for which I gave an additional star. You are better off fixing these meals at home. I won’t be visiting Panera anytime soon.

Saturday morning went into this location and ordered 6 bagels. The order was 3 sesame seed and 3 cinnamon raisin. I paid and the employee told me that there were no sesame seed bagels and I needed to pick another type. Asked for a refund and waited 10 minutes for a manager to refund my money. Would not recommend this store for anything.

Terrible service and food quality! There were 6items missing on my take out order, I have to go back and forth 3 times due to missing item and rotten mushy salad! First I realize there are no chips and French Baguettes, second I realized my plain bagel is not in the bag, their reason is that they are out of plain bagel and asked me to go back to the cashier and get me another kind bagel, and turns out they do have plain bagel! I also ordered a tub of cream walnut honey cream cheese which is also missing when I got home, I thought it’s in the bottom of my bag, it was soup instead! So I got home with cream cheese missing and a mushy rotten salad, my niece ate little bit and wanted to throw up, I was so mad and went back to store, they said I cannot return the salad because it’s eaten, they can give me another one, it’s obvious mushy and it’s not even half eaten! From the experience, and since I have to go back to the store, we don’t want to eat anymore and I didn’t want another salad, so I said forget it! To be honesty, the food doesn’t taste good either! From the service to the food quality, no more Panera for us! There are lot of choices and better quality food out there for this price!

This is the third time I'm ordering drinks with my food. The first two, they forgot to include it and offered to refund which was silly cause I’m a subscriber and Today they delivered me a drink with an insect in it! I couldn't eat the food anymore cause god knows if there is one in the food as well!🤢

Ordered a breakfast wrap through the app for 'rapid' pickup. Should have taken 10 mins it took 25 mins to get my food. When I opened the paper surrounding the wrap, the filings had completely soaked through the bread. I could only conclude that it was sitting around unneccesarily instead of being placed in the 'rapid' pickup spot. I don't write a lot of reviews, but this experience warranted one.

Was a little disappointed with my order. Ordered a steak and cheese (thats all the menu said, no other ingredients), got my order home super hungry and ready to eat. Take that first bite and all I taste is onions!! This ruined my entire meal and mood, and I bought two of them. List all your ingredients, people are expecting what the read on your menu
