This Dunkin’ Donuts was always my go to in convenience. Recently they have had ample issues, water heater breaking, electricity down, etc. the staff is great, but this is tremendously frustrating. Get your card system back up and your act together so we can rely on you again.

Rude employees! They didn’t have anything I wanted to begin with and male order taker caught a attitude with me when I was deciding what to get instead, also did not have whipped cream or toppings for the cake batter latte which is the whole point of the drink and it did not taste the same without it.

This Dunkin donuts rarely gives me my dark roast coffee. I have heard them talk about how their dark roast coffee machine takes too long so They put some other coffee in the cup and think the customer won't know ....well guess what....I know every time,... Which is why I try to avoid this store.

Worse place ever. I am partially deaf and I had one of the employees yell at me because I had started to speak louder cause I couldn’t hear her because all she did was kept screaming at me.

The manager is such a sweetheart at this location and coffee is always made perfect and I’ll call in advance to see if my kind is in stock by the pound or k~cup and she always accommodates to the best of her ability. Thank you. 😊

I went through the drive thru, Granite Street Quincy,MA . I ordered an ice coffee. The person over the headset repeat my order back to me and asked me if I wanted sugar or cream. But I didn't totally understand her questions at once because of her accent and then I realized she didn't understand my answers as well because of my accent. When I got to the window it was the Hispanic-American manager on duty. She behaved very rude and even her co-worker apologized on behalf of her. It was obvious that she was extremely racist and dared to point that . Not the first bad experience with this place. Their chocolate glazed donuts are always stale...
