If you order online and pick up, this Dunkin is the best. The drink will come out exactly the same as the one you imagine when you customize. However, the order at the store is terrible. I ordered at the store 2 times and they never gave me what I wanted. The attitude of the staff who took the order was also rude.

I give them $5 tips there cuz I've been going there for like the last 30 years they're open 24/7 and sometimes they give you a couple of extra free donuts at 3 or 4 in the morning...
Yesterday I asked cuz I forgot my wallet...

Bread was not toasted, got extra aluminium foil probably rename this to roasted tomato hummus aluminium bread but not toast style.

I ordered through DoorDash a 6 donut order and it was accepted in less than a minute. 40 minutes later when the DoorDash driver goes to pick up the order, he was told they do not have any donuts … why would they pick up an order if they know there isn’t inventory? What kind of donut store chain doesn’t carry inventory of donuts …

Whoever runs this place in the mornings should get a huge raise! The drive thru is always down to the light, and it only takes 3 or 4 minutes to get through. The orders are always right too! Thank you morning shift!!!

It’s a 24 hours place. They don’t have Bavarian flavor for donuts but it’s really hard to find in New England so I don’t blame them for that, and I no don’t feel that the donuts were fresh, but could be for the time I went, around 7 pm. Fast and nice staff.

Went around 2:30am. Looked very closed to me no lights on inside and parking lot was dark. Waited at the speaker for a couple minutes. Menu lights were lit up. I said hello…. Got no reply. Doesn’t seem like it’s 24 hours

Not the branch problem but coffee roll was very skimpy in size for the price. I was disappointed in that.
