Latitude

I stayed at the Blue Diamond in Pune as part of a business trip with my company. While in Pune I had a major scare with a peanut allergy when eating from a restaurant outside of the hotel and landed in the emergency room. As soon as I informed staff at the hotel about what happened outside they took extra care to prepare all my meals in the hotel (after the scare I ONLY had meals at the hotel). Both the dine in and take out experience were amazing, the head chef even took extra note of my requests and prepared separate plates for me to be extra safe. I was extremely impressed by the service and amount of care and the food was so good that I didn’t even mind having to have all my meals here! Would 100% recommend to anyone who has allergies and intolerances and are afraid to eat out while travelling because of them. Staying here made my entire experience so much better and less stressful and I’m looking forward to coming back in the future!

Latitude has a grand entrance with royal touch. Food here is also quite Royal - rich in taste and flavours. We started with green peas and mint soup. Soup was thick and creamy with flavor of peas and mint well balanced. Mushroom and olives pizza was loaded with cheese, olives and mushrooms. Thin crust was baked to perfection. Cannelloni pasta was nicely rolled with cheese, spinach and cottage cheese. It is a must try. Aglio olio peperoncino was well tossed in olive oil and garlic and had subtle smoky flavor. Smoky flavor also enhanced the taste of burnt garlic. Asparagus and sundries tomato risotto was superb for mains. It was served nice and warm. Tiramisu with layers of buiscuit and mascarpone was soft and creamy. It had nice aroma of coffee which was quite tempting. Chocolate mud cake was nice and looked super delicious, however had no appetite left. Desserts are rich and creamy and should order only when you a company to finish them

Recently indulged in this amazing buffet at Lattitude by bluediamondpune . . Brunch had various options in veg/ non veg like pasta, curries, rice, noodles. Etc The taste was too good along with a warming hospitality. Loved the Royal themed ambiance along with a rustic touch. Do visit and experience the royalty along with a scrumptious spread.

We went to Latitude to celebrate spouse birthday. We got the perfect ambiance we are looking for. There have buffet as well as ala -carte to choose from. Both buffet and ala-carte has plenty of options. We went with ala carte as we dont have much apetite to go for buffet. All the items ordered was super awesome with good amount of quantity to serve 3 of us.

I plan to write this review based on three main factors, the food(7/10) , the ambience (9/10) and the service (9/10) offered. The food -- great variety and decent taste. The food wasn't something completely outwordly but I believe that to be good, sorely because, five star retaurants are notorious for turning common delicacies into something not so delectable, and I admire the effort made to serve good looking food and good taste. The ambience -- One of the main things that seperates the Taj from any other place is the iconic and calming fragrance that greet you upon entry. Adding to that, Blue diamond has great architecture and a very warm staff keeping you company throughout your experience. The service-- The service was welcoming and precise. Enough to know exactly what is happening at your table and what needs attention but not bothering or intruding your experience. Would definitely go again

Hello Friends, This is my experience at the Latitude restuarant at Blue Diamond in Pune. This is a buffet restaurant. A wide spread option of food is available in the buffet Rare meats like turkey are a part of this buffet. Mutton dishes in mains are made well. The food is spiced as per Indian standard and not bland like other restaurants of this league. The staff are really courteous and facilitate a premium experience while dinning. The salad bar is a must try with Deviled eggs being one of my favourite. The price to experience ratio is totally justified in my opinion. Hope this review was helpful. Thanks Kevin
