I did an online order 3 different sandwiches and 1 was completely wrong, and the other 2 were missing things. No big deal. I went back up to the store to get them to fix it and they did. But 2 of the guys working, had longer hair and weren’t wearing a hairnet or hat to keep their hair out of the food. So from now on, I will be weary of online ordering from there unless I can see who is making my food.

I really had a delightful time , the gal was so cheerful & helpful, engaging. While ordering the usual B.M.T. w/ Toasted cheese on tomatoes and then meat + trimmings. Then then best sub. Everything was clean in the dinning area too. Thanks You.

Today, Saturday, June 1, 2019, I experienced the worst customer service. I believe a Subway could ever provide. I placed an order for 5 Footlong sandwiches for a class that I'm teaching. I asked for Provolone Cheese, Mustard, Mayonnaise, Salt, and Pepper. I never received it these items. I asked for all the veggies to be placed in separate containers so each participant can pick what they want on their sandwich. I received red onions mixed with bell peppers, Jalapenos with a yellow pepper; (I never ordered the yellow pepper). They placed the tomatoes and lettuce in paper bags, and they leaked all over. They also put cucumbers and spinach in paper bags, and they leaked. (I never ordered the cucumbers and spinach).
The training in this Subway Store is substandard as the staff are unable to fill orders correctly and lack the intelligence to know not to place wet vegetables in paper bags.
Very unsatisfied customer.

I came to this subway today, and I ordered an oven roasted chicken breast, and I told the girl if she can please warm up the chicken, and she got mad. And then she pretended to do it, and I told her I also wanted it toasted, so I got home and I didn't get nothing if what I asked for. The chicken was cold, so I had to heat it up at my house. Pathetic.

I went through this location for our catering for Black Friday. Trevor, the manager went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to feed the team! He was so kind and gracious. My team absolutely LOVED the food and freshness. Thank you for such a great experience! We will definitely be going through you all again!!

Was unable to access app only gave discounts on one sub. Was told by employee that buy 2 get one free was on line only! Would have.more customer s if it could be ordered inside of Subway. Otherwise great service.

I did a online order when I got home sandwich was completely wrong I ordered a Italian foot-long with AMERICAN cheeses bacon lettuce and Mayo toasted and I got a 9-wheat with just lettuce and Mayo and was not toasted I called the store and the manger answered was rude said she made the sandwich HER SELF and said SHE KNOWS she put pepper jack cheese and bacon on there when and said there was nothing wrong With MY SANDWICH and hung up

Out of all the Subways in the town this is the quickest and cleanest. Very friendly staff that has worked there for years it seems. I am always in and out of there in 3 minutes when taking my lunch to-go. Great value too!
