Pros: - Great location - healthy options - plenty of seating - delightful staff - unique options Just walking into this place makes me feel healthier. The beautiful interior greets you while the smells of different foods flood your nostrils. As you walk in, you go to the left to get into the line. It is set up cafeteria style where you can choose from the available options. Each chill bar option serving is 2 scoops. (!!You cannot get half scoops!!) The warm options are put in a bigger container. The truffle Mac is a MUST! It is so so good. They also have delicious rotating meat options! Now, I am loving the pumpkin curry chicken. They have a balcony area with additional seating and there is a "Just roll with it creamery" in the same space. It gives me a healthy food court vibes. Perfect place for the family or just yourself! Don't forget to try their stellar lemonades!

Very healthy dinner option in Provo, and the food is amazing. I ordered the Fall Harvest mix, goat cheese whipped potatoes, and the Tri-tip. Everything was excellent, with the beef cooked to a perfect medium rare. Papaya lemonade was very sweet, needed to be watered down, but the Heath bar chip cookie was a perfect dessert. Nice surroundings, test before you buy menu, and the food is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Traveling to Prov for a conference and after 2 days of disappointing and badly described food on menus, this place was a great find! Great for people who enjoy great tasting healthier food! Great portions and price! Definitely would eat here again! Comfortable atmosphere, outside seating and great staff!!! It was an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend!!!

The food is all an explosion of flavor in your mouth. Honestly, this might be my favorite place to eat. Always something exciting to try. I'm a fan of veggies but this place does them right! The cashier mentioned that they own la Jolla groves restaurant and I'm pretty sure the butternut squash soup here is the same as the stuff they serve at la Jolla.

7-17-16 This was a fun place to try out, it was on the pricey side for a lunch, but I enjoyed all the things I tried, and next time I might try one of their yummy looking desserts. The atmosphere is spot on and I love their focus on fresh eating, including their seasonal menu. Update: I went again today and loved everything I got, again. I need to come here more often! I love that so far their pricing has been al a carte, so you can choose what fits your budget. Though to get a full meal (a cold side, warm side and protein) it’s still over $10, but I guess the quality and freshness justify the price to a degree. They get their ingredients from local farms, etc. so it’s seasonal and fresh! And they let you sample things, which I love, because I like knowing if I like it before I buy it. There’s also a roll up ice cream restaurant that shares the same roof, which is a fun option for dessert if you weren’t in the mood for one of Good Thyme’s amazing looking cookies 😉 *If you found my review helpful, I would greatly appreciate a thumbs up (like) so google and I know.
