Pepper Dining

Went out for dinner tonight with my husband. The food was fantastic! We had the octopus, the pita plate, the roasted cauliflower, and the carrot cake. Everything was top notch. The place was very busy for an early evening on a Monday night. Luckily we had reservations. Our server looked a bit overwhelmed but that seemed understandable. She had a lot of work cut out for herself. Would love to go back. It’s definitely a place for good food and people watching.

Nice dinner experience here. The location is great, and we greatly enjoyed sitting out on the patio overlooking the river. The service was very friendly, in a genuine way, which really stood out. The food overall was good, though with a few fairly mediocre dishes across our company. Highlights were the spare rib appetizer and the steak, but the duck breast was a bit of a let down. Overall a fun experience with value for money.

One of our favorite restaurants in Providence . We sat out on the covered patio and the view was perfect! Our server recommended the scallops, and so glad she did, they were absolutely delicious! We also had the fluke, which was equally as delicious. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Providence.

I am actually here now and it is beautiful ... Our waitress Katie is super friendly and attentive and the food is DELICIOUS!!! This is a must try people.... Oh and the view is awesome and you can sit outside next to the water even today this windy day because they have heaters and it is all plasticed up...

Burnt and chewy ribeye : My boyfriend and I had dinner at Waterman Grille for his birthday. We drove an hour from Boston area because we heard nice things about this restaurant, not to mention its rave reviews on Google. We ordered the scallop dish and the tonight’s special, Ribeye. We enjoyed the scallop, but the ribeye was a disaster. This is a 57-dollar dish. It was all burnt on the outside, and the meat was chewy. We could taste the strong burnt flavor all the way till we finished the steak. Friendly service and nice ambiance, but I expected a whole lot better steak than what we got. I wanted everything to be perfect on my bf’s birthday. We were throughly disappointed how they executed the meat.

My girlfriend and I were visiting family nearby for the weekend while I had a soccer tournament, and we wanted to go out to a nice restaurant. Waterman Grille had the best atmosphere and Rebekah really made us feel welcome and made great conversation with us at the bar. The food was amazing and perfectly prepared. I would highly recommend eating here and would for sure go back again if we’re in the area again.
