Mcdonald's

This was one of my worst experiences with McDonald’s, I’m on line to buy drinks and requesting a bathroom token, their cashier insisted that I must fully paid the meal in order to giving me the token for my family to access the bathroom, the cashier and manger was so rude and even points me a middle finger, while there other customers inside the restaurant. These staffs must fired, totally unbelievable. Avoid Avoid Avoid

it depends on who's working what's going on. sometimes the crew is great sometimes they can be rude. sometimes the food is good and sometimes it's not. I asked for extra big Mac on my order and I can hear a female on the grill speaking in Spanish not realizing I also speak Spanish. she said something along of how much extra for what I just put the sauce on. if im paying for extra big Mac sauce give me my extra sauce and if you can't deal with a customer order then you should find another field to work in. the manager or shift leader has also been out of line many times with staff in front of customers while we waited for our orders. like I said it's a hit or miss.
