Worst place in Providence to get coffee. Every time I give them another chance they mess up the order even worse. Ask for extra extra I get black with coffee grinds in it. Spend the extra gas money and go to your next closest Dunkin' donuts

The coffee I had was perfect..but the first table I put my order down on was a table I didn't know was broken and my coffee spilled all over when I put it down. The table almost flipped over from putting my stuff on it..

I love this Smith St Dunkies. The staff is fantastic, most of them look like kids to me but they are all absolutely delightful and working hard, morning day and night. When things go wrong they always make it right and are truly polite when doing so. It's nice to see people happy at work too, management must be doing a good job.

Same as most Dunkin’ Donuts locations. Has watered down coffee and sub par baked goods. I only go if I am in a hurry and can’t go out of my way for actual coffee. The egg sandwiches are strictly made in a microwave and is often over cooked and chewy. Would much rather go to a locally owned and roasted coffee shop.

First 3 of 5 times I go to this store I have my order wrong, second I tried to speak clearly but they always it doesn't matter who answer can't hear anything, third today I waited like 15 minutes on the drive through finally I left I tried to order quickly and the girl said I could not make an order there even though nobody was taking orders, 4 days ago I order 2 muffins and 2 sandwiches and I got 4 muffins, thanks I really appreciate paid 4 extra dollars for muffins

They have the most rude people at the drive through. The girl at the window gave me an eye roll so big that I wondered if her eyes would ever come back into her head, all because I was short by ¢80 and needed to reload the app.
Better service at the Dunkin on Valley. Same owners, much better staff.

These people have the uncanny ability to screw up my order all the time. Unlike the amount of coffee they pour in my cup, the 3 stars I’m giving them is very generous.
