My iced coffee was made just the way I like it. This DD is always busy & the very friendly staff do get those lines down, fast. Also, it's a convenient location as it's located to the right at the end of the ramp off of I-95 N Exit 17 Elmwood Ave. in Providence.

This is basically the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Even when there is no one in the Drive-Thru the wait is very long and then when you tried to give your order you have to repeat it several times even if it's a very simple. The only positive thing about this place is that some of the employees are friendly.

.1 mile from the off ramp from 95 south. About one mile travel to get back on the highway if that is your goal. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Service is good. Rough neighborhood but fine to stop for a coffee

Don’t even get me started. Even the manager is super friendly but can never ever get the order right. He does NOT listen when you are telling him how to make the coffee. Honestly I try to avoid this one if possible.

Bought a set of 5 gift cards, cashier failed to give me receipt a receipt turned car around and when inside....cashier claimed she was short $10. I gave her the $10 on as a holiday one time thing..... one hour later decided to return the cards with original receipt and according to another employee/person in charge I had to come the next day to speak with the boss, because she had no control over returns. 2 minutes later my boyfriend goes in and all of the sudden things were OK and we got our $ back. Poor business skills and customer service.

I used to love dunk in donuts but lately it seems every time I order a coffee in drive thru it's old and nasty two days in a row I tried getting frozen coffee and was told there machine was down another store that needs an under cover boss because I'm not the only customer who is not happy at all

Hands Down Best Made Dunk`N Coffee in Rhode Island I Travel From Lincoln to South Providence Daily just for that perfect cup of A.M Coffee & the workers are very respectful patient & kind its the best Dunk`N in R.I my option try it

One was very friendly which I appreciate for giving me my second order very nicely .
But there was one lady who was taking my order and left to do something else which I did not like and my order looked very poor.
