Fast service staff was very friendly everything bagel was very tasty. Coffee seemed a little weak but still very good. Definitely would return and would recommend.

Store has closed permanently. We walked down to get some coffee, but there is a new place open in its place now.

Never the best service but today was the worst! I stood in line for 20 minutes while there was only 1 employee who was extremely rude and messed up my order. She had no idea what she was doing and my drink was watered down. Horrible Horrible service!

So disgustingly rude. The lady who works there for super rude towards me and my friends. Literally threw a cup of water at my friend.. Get a better management and better staff.

I ordered on the app twice for a latte and both times it tasted like water. When I called to ask why, they explained the espresso machine was broken but did not tell me and instead gave me glorified water and milk drink.

It was kind of slow service but Covid times... I guess everyone's having trouble. That being said, the food was good, the coffee hot and can you really ask for more from Dunkin' Doughnuts? I mean, you want a good back massage, you got to find yourself a Tim Horton's. Those Canadians will do anything to be polite...

I saw this guy at the counter while I was picking up my order... He looked like a manager, he was on the phone picking his nose. He didn't wash his hands or use sanitizer. He helped a customer at register. Its a shame because I order breakfast here sometimes.
