Ruby Tuesday

Ruby's is one of the last few restaurant chains we have here this far up North. In my experience, over the years, the quality of chain food companies has declined and this is no exception. Usually when I come here it's to only get drinks. Rubys does have a good drink selection. The food is hit or miss but the staff are always helpful and pleasant. The restaurant is clean for the most part as well. I'll visit if someone invites me out, however there are better options in town if you can secure a spot to dine in.

Recently moved from California to a small town an hour from here and I so badly miss having easily accessible chain restaurants. This is our first time trying a Ruby Tuesdays (Applebees is more common on the west coast I think) and it was a good experience. Obviously not 5 star food, pretty much like any other chain restaurant food where 3/4th of the menu is fancy microwave dinners but is still delicious so you go anyway. The staff was friendly and attentive. This will probably become a regular stop for us when we come into Presque Isle to shop.

Ruby Tuesday's refused to seat us after having made a reservation. The hostess was completely clueless and the SPINELESS manager refused to speak to us in person! So j called Governor's in Presque Isle and they told us to come right over. We were seated immediately and we had a terrific meal. I will NEVER go to Ruby's again! I hope they close every last restaurant they have!!! I would've given ZERO stars if Google allowed!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We called ahead for a reservation (for 7people) and received a confirmation, but when we arrived we're told that they couldn't accommodate us. We were told that we would have to wait 45-60 minutes. We asked to be set at separate tables and we're told that couldn't happen because the kitchen was swamped. The manager didn't even come to talk with us even after the hostess went back twice to talk to him/her. Presque Isle 6:30pm 6/9/22

Went there tonight and had an awful experience. Took about 15 minutes to get our drinks. Then waited another 30 minutes before we could even order our food. Our food came and both of our salmon was raw. Complained and they took it back and said we could pick another meal in replace. After getting our new meal, they refused to give any discount to compensate for getting raw food and having to be there for 2 hours.

Got there around 4 p.m. wasn't busy at al. Young woman told us she would be right with us after 5 MINUTES of standing there finally someone else came to seat us while thw other woman was chatting with a man. Sit down then waitress comes over and say's were out of like 5 different thing's. Ok fine then as we're looking at menus she starts to sweep the RUG SERIOUSLY we're about ro eat I hate that so much disrespectful. Then a male waiter came and took our order. Cause her shift ended. My Bourbon chicken was so dry I had to trash it. Please Ruby Tuesday clean your Restaurant you used to be an Excellent place to come and have a great meal should of went to Governors.
