Sonic

Wow!! I went there after work on Christmas Day. They were completely packed, I had to circle the lot twice. The staff were quick, thorough and VERY friendly, even under crazy circumstances. They apologized for taking 30 minutes to get my order but seriously?? It was amazing to get it that quickly! The food was still hot when I got home and everything was perfect. I've had much worse food and service under slower and more expensive circumstances. The Christmas staff at Sonic absolutely rocked our holiday!! Thank you SO much!!

Sonic is signature for their amazing ice cream and deserts. If you want a quick shake they are definitely one of the top chains! When it comes to food though, I don't recommend a single item on the menu. Maybe the corndog is even generous, but their quality and taste is extremely poor. I don't know why Sonic is lacking poor food quality, I hope one day they change it up so that it truly could be a 5 star fast food restaurant!

The toys were good and so was the pretzel, but both my husband and I ordered chicken and it had been sitting out way too long! He said his tasted old and my popcorn chicken was tough and had lost its crunch, it was also like warm in the middle. I seriously ate maybe 5 or 6 pieces before throwing it out. At least the large tots and pretzel were enough to satisfy my appetite

The food was really good. The wait, was not. That sums it up before I type on to get the full 21 points for this review. I find it strange how much everything cost here considering this is in Prescott, not Phx. Hell, the surrounding area has much better pricing on their stuff. So that's something. Anyway, I think that's a about it. Yep.

I ordered my food on the app and headed to sonic and waited ONE HOUR for my food! This is unacceptable. The app wouldn’t recognize that I was there so I called and told them the stall number and they said they’d have it right out to me. I waited about 30 mins and called again and they said they apologize and will have it right out. Then I waited another 30 minutes! They weren’t even busy. And the person who brought it out to me was so rude. I’ve never had this bad of an experience before.
