Fresca Cafe

My daughter and I were driving through Prescott when hunger struck . We both need gluten free food and this little eatery popped up in our search for gluten free pizza ! The staff here were super friendly and let us know that though the food was gluten free the eatery is only gluten friendly as the space is used for both . We ordered 2 pizzas both named for NYC places and they were delicious! The pizza crust is rice based and very crispy ...held up well even the next day left overs :) It was my birthday and was given a birthday gelato! The decor is all about NYC which was interesting as well. I would go back:)

I just recently visited this restaurant with a friend and we were blown away by the incredible service, delicious food, and mouth watering gelato. It has become our destination spot for our friend lunches. I highly recommend trying samples of the gelato. It is the best I have had anywhere in Arizona and Nevada!

Best Italian food (& service) we've enjoyed in the Prescott area. The owners moved out from NYC about 5 years ago, bringing their recipes for "Brooklyn-style" Italian food; we found it to be delicious. From their hand-made pastas & specials, nice salads & dressings, many pizza selections, their traditional dessert options... including house-made Gelatos in a display case with many tempting & tasty choices, to their friendly & helpful service staff, overall they present a delightful dining experience. The restaurant is small and seating can be limited during dinner hour; call ahead for a reservation. It's tucked back in the west corner at Frontier Village (behind Einstein Bros. Bagels) on the south side of Hwy 69. It's well worth the drive to find it, whether for lunch, dinner, or just some rich & delicious Gelato, For Sure!

Here visiting family and called in an order for take out. Food was good and prices reasonable. However, my reason for the 2 star review was due solely to the fact that NO ONE (servers or kitchen staff) was wearing masks. I’ve ordered take out from several local restaurants while I’ve been in Prescott, and have even dined in at an establishment. The staff in every other restaurant have all been wearing masks (in addition to other signage, sanitizer, etc). Severely disappointed with the lack of consideration for their customers health and well-being.
