Subway

Update: Tried to go here last night around 7:30. Door was locked even though the "Open" sign was still lit. I saw someone inside sweeping so I knocked. He said they were closed but gave no explanation. Businesses just totally do whatever they want to today. I think it's a good time for me to go back to work. This could work for me.

Went in just a few minutes ago and requested the tomatoes from the other bin (there were two bins of tomatoes), rather than from the one they were going to put on my sandwich, because the other tomatoes looked alot better. As a tomato lover, you know the difference. The OWNER REFUSED to give me the good tomatoes, stating that there's nothing wrong with the tomatoes that he was serving. He further stated that if I DIDN'T take the not so good tomatoes, that he was NOT GOING TO SERVE ME and that he would RATHER I NOT GO IN THERE ANY LONGER TO THAT LOCATION, THAT I MUST BE PICKY AND THAT NO OTHER CUSTOMER IS SPECIFIC ABOUT THE TOMATOES. I told him that I was going to report him to Corporate, at which time he said that he's the Owner.

Overall, I've experienced really good food and service at this location. However, I've had issues with the store closing early on numerous occasions over the past few years. I've already spoken to the franchise owner about it about a year ago and he was very kind and appreciative. However, I have had it happen to me several times since then including twice very recently. My advice is not to bother going to this store after 9:15-9:30pm as it will be very hit-or-miss whether it's open or not.

The girl working (Hannah) was very rude to the lady in front of me. She had a thick accent so it was harder to understand her but hannah was overly rude to her. Then she gets to me and acts like im inconvincing her. Another employee was helping another customer then went to the back, hannah rolled her eyes and through her hands up in the air obviously annoyed at her coworker. I work very close to this subway and come here all the time. I will not return if i ever see this again.
