Dunkin'

Recently came into this Dunkin Donuts and had to wait OVER 10 minutes for 2 employees to finish their personal conversation before they decided to serve me. After recieving my order I noticed my medium coffee was only filled 3 quarters of the way and my bacon egg and cheese was missing the cheese. I kindly asked for them to remake my order and instead I was given a condescending attitude and rude back talk. So I asked for the manager on duty and the tall hispanic male who was making these remarks said “I am the manager”. I simply asked him to remake my order. He FORCIBLY grabbed my sandwich and coffee from my hands and began to mumble under his breath. I then witnessed him begin to talk to his employee about the way I was acting and mocked my apperance while slowly taking his time remaking my coffee and sandwich. I have never been so UPSET with the service at a Dunkin Donuts like this before. Have tried to call multiple corporate phone numbers to report this store but no one has responded. DO NOT go to this location! The service is very POOR and was ran by an extremely DISRESPECTFUL manager. I urge patrons to take their business else where.
