Haven't been to a Panera in a while, but I've never been terribly impressed. This one is different! The food was hot, the sauce was evenly sauced, the bread was nice and soft! The people behind the counter were very friendly, and the manager Sarah even popped over to check that everything was good as well! Two thumbs up!

I asked for 2 Broccoli & Cheddar Soups and one Chicken Noodle and they gave me 3 Broccoli and Cheddar Soups. My wife did not get her Chicken Noodle soup. I guess from now on I will have to check the order before I walk out of the store.

- Revaluation: Prices up - quality down. $3.29 for bear claw! Do they think that they are the Bostonian Hotel? Coffee cold. service non-existent. Asked for a mug but server handed a paper cup. Would have given one star if this were my first visit, but I am implicated in the Panara experience because I went there knowing what this store has become. How long was the coffee sitting around? Once had brewing times marked onffee maker. They are now gone.

Typical food for what you would expect from Panera. The restaurant is nicely laid out, and there is a fireplace, which is great for Poughkeepsie in the colder months. But the last couple of times I’ve been in, the staff has not done the best job of keeping the restaurant clean and tidy. The service was very friendly and prompt.

My friends and I ate there for a meal and had bad quality food, sandwiches either had no dressing or too much dressing. Soups were over-salted, salads were over-dressed, the carpets at the restaurant smelled old and uncleaned. My friends and I agreed to not go over to this location again.

Their French Onion Soup is to die for. Their fountain drinks are somewhat healthy ones. Their bread is so good.
