Starbucks

This place was always nice but wating time is too long. Today, I ordered on the app. I got there like 10 mins after but still had to wait like 5-10 mins. The barista messed up my order. She forgot to add vanilla syrup. I asked to make sure and she said yes she added it. I tasted it and really could tell that there was no vanilla flavor at all. Had no time to complain. I already wasted too long time waiting. They need more staffs!

I have been to this drive thru many times and occasionally will order my drink in a reusable cup. Today they decided to decline. Stating it was not sanitary and against policy. Even when I was just there a day ago and ordered the cup for someone else. The straw is individually wrapped and if you come in they will do this just not the drive thru. Manager proceeded to argue after I agreed to not get the cup. I will not be going back to this drive thru any other location will.

Starbucks at Dutches turnpike Poughkeepsie NY, is absolutely the best. I live Poughkeepsie NY and work in CT, my drive time is 70 mins, there are some mornings when I just need my pink drink ( favorite drink) to get me started in the morning . Most of the staff at Starbucks Poughkeepsie knows me and what more they know just how to personalize my pink drink. I don’t know if it is my voice they recognize, or maybe it’s when I request the specific way I would like my drink to be made, however I am recognized, I appreciate the amazing customer service. This morning was an exceptional morn(04-14-2022). I pulled up and asked for my drink the way I liked it, when I got to the window the cashier told the person who was making my drink to show me the color so I can approved it, as it turn out it was to white and the guy gladly remade it. This was so touching and I made my day. I went to work really happy. Thank you Poughkeepsie Starbucks.

Great coffee consistent with the typical Starbucks quality. They are also occasionally offering small amounts of coffees grown in single-origin, small central or south american farms, which can be quite a treat for coffee lovers. There is also coffee with collar (nitro brew). The service is quick and friendly. And although they’ve taken dozens of coffee orders from me and my friends, they have never messed up any! There is plenty of comfortable seating and the internet service is pretty good too, restrooms are clean. Parking spots are usually available, frequently right up front of the store, even if the plaza is busy. Otherwise there is always the drive in service window. I definitely recommend a visit, they won’t disappoint.

They've really nailed it in this branch, they've placed all the known items in the same places so it's actually looks like a Starbucks coffee place, they have mugs and ground coffee, sweets and sandwiches. my sister wouldn't come here but she loves Starbucks coffee so maybe she would. hold on... I'm going to ask her

Very very very very poor service. Not as friendly as other Starbucks in the area. Every time I come to this place, the blue-haired snowflake is the worst barista behind the counter. No friendly simile, no nothing. Y'all are having training for new baristas, maybe she should attend and get reorientated again on her job.
