Delaneys serves the best breakfast I've had so far in Portsmouth which is available until 11.45. Lovely interior which makes it feel cosy.
They also serve lunch and evening meals. Service was both friendly and efficient it's perfectly situated for a breakfast before going far walk to the sea front. Highly recommended
