Double check that they give you the correct item before you leave the location. I purchased a carton of cigarettes (Hard Pack - Flip Top Box) and they gave me (Soft Pack) I drove home and as I was unpacking my groceries I realized the mistake with the cigarettes. As I only live 5 minutes away I figured no problem I will just exchange them. I returned less then 15 minutes after buying the carton (which was still unopened) and was told "Sorry once you leave the premises there is a no Refund or Exchange policy for tobacco products" I understand if this was an opened item or loose packs of cigarettes, But the carton was still unopened. I was given no options to remedy this situation, The only thing I was told was the regular girl must have put the carton in the wrong location. I feel this is very poor customer service, and was extremely easy to fix. I will not be returning to this business in the future. So this incident has resulted in the loss of a new customer who spends $250.00 a month on tobacco products.

Theresa is the absolute worst employee dottys could ever have hired. Complains about having to do her job, complains that a half hour into her shift she is hungry and can't get off her butt until you get mad as she's too busy playing video poker! Do not go in if the old tall lady with whitish blonde hair is working.

I REFUSE to take my business to THIS Dottys LOCATION because of the Worker named "THERESA", she is RUDE & HORRIBLE and HATED by MANY Regular Customers!!!!! If I drive up & she her manly build I drive away going 90mph!! (NOT EXAGGERATING!) I would rather take my business ELSEWHERE than put up with her RUDENESS!!!
