Loving the new makeover from Patchwork to Sugar loaf! And Patchwork are a very hard act to follow. Popped in for a cuppa & to see what was on the menu now; admittedly not much for us Vegans but, the staff were super friendly & helpful & as they pointed out, it,s just the beginning so at this stage we were the first people to request plant food. Now they know they,re going to look into it more so they can include something on the menu. Looking forward to a return visit soon

It’s ages, well months since we were in Patchwork, we do live in England, but still want a Street food meal, I’d recommend this to everyone, eat in and you not only get top quality nosh, but you get to draw on the table cloth with crayons, win win.

Great food, especially the breakfast. Service is decent but as it is usually busy there can be a bit of wait. Booking a table here is highly recommended as it is usually full at peak times.

Second time we've stayed at The Patchwork, equally as good, if not better than before, we brought our son & his girlfriend this time, they also loved it & The IOM.
What a great breakfast, and super evening meals, missed the film night, I'm annoyed with myself, and nice lunchtime menu.
Port St Mary is a lovely place, and nowhere is far in the IOM, treat yourself and go to the Patchwork Cafe.

Just discovered this little gem of a place. What can I say. ....Lovely , friendly atmosphere. All locally sourced ingredients. Ask for the Dirty Hippy hot drink!

Omg, what a great little find!!!! Had the little Manx with toasted sodabread made in house and it was awesome. If you're on the island you have to have your breakfast here. Definitely 5*

Fantastic place, really nicely laid out, the food is amazing and the staff are great. The hot chocolate is great on a chilly day too

Bril place. Would not dream of visiting the Isle of Man and not going to Patchwork. Great home cooked food, cakes to die for - forget the diet!
