Placed an order online to go pick up. Arrived to find the lobby was closed at 6pm on a Sunday. Ended up having to wait 30 minutes in the drive through only to get cold food as my order pickup time came and went. The only reason I decided to wait in line so long is because i had already paid online. Only positive was the employee at the window was nice.

The new macaroni and cheese is awesome their seasonal shakes are amazing downside that you can't go inside that hurts that is other locations not just Arby's looking forward to being back inside all the locations and restaurants as soon as it's safely possible and available good food priced with the rest best times happy hour 2:00 to 5:00 dollar menu pricing some of you don't know this but you can even get a shake for a dollar shake It Up

The staff here was Super Friendly and Knowledgeable! Beautiful view out the front bay window watching vintage cars 🚗 passing by that day! We tried the new Beef & Cheddar w/ Bacon 🥓 Very Good! They made us a special Ham & Cheese 🧀 sandwich that was Very Good 👍also! Very Friendly people here!

Came through. Order was messed up and my food was not fresh. Worker I believe named mary was rude, unprofessional and looked unhygienic from what I could see. Didn’t even want my food anymore. I used to like it here but I’ll be going to a different location if I even decide I want arbys again after this

Lady taking the drive thru order was pretty rude. Asked for extra sauce for jalapeño poppers and didn’t get it. Place closes at inconsistent times.

First time going here and Ordered a half pound beef and cheddar. it came with no cheddar or sauce. Very upsetting. Was like eating a leather shoe

The service was good, the food not so much I got a crispy chicken wrap and the put all the purple onions in one spot at the bottom of the wrap and way to much thousand island dressing, I also got a salad it tasted like dirt, Definitely unclean lettuce and the service was very slow 20 minutes for a warp and a salad seemed excessive.
