Due to shortage of employees, you may need to wait a little more than usual vía drive thru. I do not mind as long as I can enjoy their burgers. Reminds me of Whitecastle burgers back home.

We picked up some breakfast this past Saturday at this location.
The drive thru staff was very professional and attentive. Repeated the order like 3 times and everything came out good.

I was heading out of state and it just turned 6am...I pulled into Krystals and they were happy to serve me! They were definitely morning people and had a great sense of humor...I ordered 48 Krystals!

My recent DoorDash order from this Krystal's fast food restaurant was a complete disappointment. The food arrived without sealed packaging, raising hygiene concerns. Additionally, my order was incorrect; I received Spicy combos instead of the Original Chicks combos that I had requested.
The lack of sealed packaging for the food was unsanitary and made me question its safety during delivery. The incorrect order demonstrated a lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer preferences.
I cannot recommend ordering from Krystal's through DoorDash due to the unsanitary packaging and incorrect order. I suggest they improve their packaging practices and ensure accurate fulfillment of customer requests

Hands down this will be my stop every week back to Florida. I ordered a steamer pack combo with no onions 🙃 she told me they are prepared with onions and the SHE WOULD DOHER BEST! Guess what SHE DID JUST THAT HER BEST which was outstanding I had NO ONIONS thank you . I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She deserves 👏 to know. The entire pack maybe had 5 onions. Thank you 😊 ladies.
