Bought in the store, and this is what I've got.. (you can see it's at least 1+day old..!) I'm throwing this straight to trash now. + just claimed on their website for a full refund, will see how they respond and troubleshoot the matter..
*** better check the actual product before leaving the store!

What a joke. I specifically called before driving 30 minutes out of our to stop here to make sure they had fresh donuts (which they said they did). The girl at the register had a nasty attitude to begin with and then proceeded to tell us they don't have any original donuts. If she had at least been nice we would have still purchased something but she was a complete tool.

I have been placing my orders on the Krispy Kreme App for at least 12 visits now. My order is always ready. And the staff has always been very helpful and friendly to me!!

I had to laugh, they had at least 25 different donuts displayed. Turns out that they only had a couple flavors available to sell. We still got the wrong donuts. Not a big problem, it's Krispy Kreme; it's all good.

Sign on door says open at 10am doors locked lights off. can clearly see employees in the back. At this point it’s 10:15am no one addressed me or said anything. My plans wore to take donuts to my employees but before I be late myself I decided to leave.

The people behind the counter need to be trained in there people skills. You ask a price and all three employees try to talk at one time. I have had better donuts at Walmart . This place is terrible. Avoid this place .

For a Krispy Kreme, this was a total let down. Donuts look and taste old. The staff was disinterested, slow, and at one point walked away in the middle of our order to restock the fridge. No one asked them to, they just walked away. I've been to this store before, and while I wasn't impressed, it wasn't bad. After this visit, we won't be back.

Tiny shop in the midst of a huge outlet center. Lines out the door and out of most products by the time we reached the counter. To be fair it was Spring break and several folks ahead of us walked out with stacked "dozen" boxes.
