Employees here are typically some of the best ones in fast food places. We always have a good experience here and they seemed to generally be happy to be working.
As with all fast food locations, I always recommend using the app to order your food to collect points and get the best deals.
Great deal with the $5 meal right now. Employees are pretty quick and its never been crowded.

The old food from year's ago was and is still awesome but the new chicken or fricken as i call it is nasty . Using fake chicken like you do now , isn't that working against yourselfs ?

Chicken is always fresh & crispy no matter what time of day I have been there. I don't go very often, however, I have been going there for a number of years. I only do take-out there is no attraction to eat there. Employees are usually friendly but a bit slow at times. Sides are also good...

The food is good for a fast food option...but packing care could be better when using a third party. One of the gravy container lids weren't on fully, so half of it ended up all over the other containers in that bag. That reflects poorly on kfc, not the delivery service.
