Pizza Hut

When I went to pick up my order everything was done except they forgot to put my chocolate chip cookie in the oven because "too much came in at one time" at that point I wish the would have just refunded the cookie but was never offered as they had it in the oven. So I waited. Finally it came put. They staff all seem to crowd each other around the warmers as they were confused about stuff. When I was handed my order the bag for the breadsticks was open and they way everything was was stacked made it real easy for something to slide off and eventually that cookie I had to wait for slid off and hit the parking lot. It did not come out of the package but it was a real mess since it had just come out of the oven. I always tastes like ther is sauce contamination in this store too. I always seem to taste a hint of Buffalo or bbq in my marina sauce.

Ordered here, was told one price over the phone and when I arrived it was more way more. I asked what was going on and they claimed that their franchise owners doesn’t follow pizza huts deals that are advertised on tv. The guy then said that they occasionally do the deal if the customer asked... I asked and he did nothing... I think he wanted me to beg... Go to Yorkville, staff is super rude and they over charge.... I would give 0 stars if I could.

We ordered ahead via mobile app, and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Upon arrival I only had to wait 5 minutes. Hunter, ( pizza Hut employee), brought out our pie expeditiously, and was very professional. He was also wearing appropriate PPE, due to Covid-19. Great Curbside Service! Keep up the good work Hunter !
