I had complimentary meal tickets to use. To my surprise, I did not know Arby's does not have potato cakes anymore. One of my favorite menu items, what a disappointment. I use to go to Arby's alot but, they have changed.

Everything was great..except when I arrived home the fries were old....curly fries were still hot but ..one can tell when it's old fries that have been sitting

Fries were not very hot, a few were actually cool inside. I love Arby's crinkle fries, but was disappointed. They had an after taste like the "poppers", I love their chicken, bacon ranch fresh Market sandwich. Dr.Pepper had too much "syrup" too sweet

Food is always good. But, my husband ordered 2 Turkey sliders and we only got one.

I went through the drive through and placed my order. I told the person as I was ordering it I was looking for my coupons. When I got to the window and handed them to him he happily took them. Then another man came to the window and very angrily told me to mention my coupons when ordering. WTH! I did! What kind of customer service is that? Yell at your customer?! Sorry if your having a bad day but please don't take it out on me.
