I came to eat and the short Spanish person was nice at first. She place my sandwich in the oven and then came to register for me to pay. I advise her she would need to replace both gloves before fixing my sandwich and she became irate screaming in Spanish . I asked for the manager and she said Jessica was her manager . I asked Jessica what’s her corporate number and was given wrong number twice. Since one lied and the other was screaming and irate I just took both their pictures. I thought the pandemic would make folks more clean but unfortunately I was wrong. Safe food practice should be important to each employee. This is very disturbing but was very important that I write this review.

I wish i could give no stars. First off the first time I went here they only had 1 employee working and I had to wait for him to be done with online orders before he could get to me. Then they accuse paying customers of dirtying the bathroom. The owner comes in and doesn't first ask the customer who asked to speak with the supervisor what was going on but goes to his employee. After speaking with his employee he then accuses the customer as well and goes on to say "It doesn't matter if you spend $1,000.00 in here in a day if she has a problem with you then you cant come in here because she's the BOSS!" that's not even the end of it. He also says "She says you were being hostel why were you being hostel, she's a nice lady haven't had any complaints about her" it doesn't matter if you have never had a formal complaint about your employee, do you think if someone felt she was being nice they would have asked for the supervisor? No they would not. Your employee accused someone of something that was not correct nor do you have proof this person has ever done anything. Anyone being accused of things they have not done would get upset. This place is trash and needs to learn to listen to their customers. Thank they never heard of the customers always right? In this case the customer was right. I mean look at the review from 4 freaking months ago the lady was not friendly!!!!! To tell a customer if they spend any kind of money with your business it doesn't matter in a since is ridiculous! DONT EAT HERE, they don't appreciate your spending your money with them, may not let you use the bathroom and if they do they will accuse you of dirtying the bathroom.

I should have checked the reviews. Granted nothing was on my sandwich that I don’t eat but the things I asked more of and less of they could care less about. They just made the sandwich as is. Why did I bother writing a note and having the options to choose more or less if you don’t actually read it. Smh.

I went in today around lunch and it was just myself and another customer. The lady who made my sandwich was not friendly at all. Although it was only 2 people, she was taking her precious time. It nearly took 20 minutes for me to get my sandwich. I accidentally dropped my soda lid and asked for another and she rudely put it on the dirty counter. Not friendly, no sense of urgency. I won't go back.
