Kfc

Terrible. I ordered online @ 11:04 and it said it'll be ready@ 11:10 and it was ready 11:06 why the complaint? Because the chicken sandwich was supposed to be cooked to order and was ready ahead of time. Plus the chicken breast orders ( with fries) were cold and the chicken was burnt, like double fried. I worked fast food for many many years and can tell it was double dipped. Not cool KFC! And fries salty. I won't go back!

We went here last night 3/1/22 around 7pm. It didn't seem too busy when we first arrived, but it took a long time to get our food. That was all fine and good, but they handed our food out to the car in front of us. The person in the car handed one of our famous bowls back to the drive thru employee, then handed the bag back with the other one a couple of minutes later. It felt like 5-10 more minutes go by while they wait for the correct food. We get to the window and they hand us the same food they handed out to the car in front of us, in the same bag....that was ripped and crumpled... They almost forgot our drink too. I worked at a fast food place for 7 years and a movie theater for 3 years and both places required we throw away the food we handed out incorrectly and remake it.... maybe KFC or Texas doesn't require that, but it seems like good practice, especially during a pandemic... What made it even worse is the fact that we got home and had to throw the food out. The chicken in the famous bowls were way over cooked and extremely salty. It tasted awful and was completely inedible... So we had a 20 minute round trip drive, what felt like 15 minutes in the drive thru only to get home and throw money directly in the trash and have to make dinner anyway. I do not recommend this location... :/

I’ve never gotten a correct order. this place is run by a bunch of children, although they probably don’t get paid enough to be competent so I don’t blame them. Admire the grind tho kiddos, save up for college (though you’ll probably be like 80 by the time kfc pays you enough for one semesters worth of college)

Don't bother going here. The customer service is literally non-existent. I couldn't tell you how well the food was cooked because after waiting in an empty line for 5 minutes at the drive-thru I had to leave as I watched a large family eat indoors. My attempt to walk into the dining room but stopped by all the doors being locked. It was as if that family had rented out the whole facility. This was not super late or early in the day. I then ate across the parking lot at the Taco Bell where I got to watch an endless parade of cars go through the exact same thing I did.

Prices have increased significantly for KFC in general. I personally never liked KFC in the first place. I'm more of a Popeyes guy but this place was zabiha so my mom could enjoy it. But the have totally dropped the ball on quality. Pieces have gotten way smaller while prices gave increased. Definitely not a good experience. Customer service is the most unwelcoming I've seen from any fast food chain. If this place wasn't zabiha we would not be going there.

We traveled from Colorado for halal KFC chicken. We managed to get some on our first day we were in town. The young guy with curly hair was very helpful explaining on the available halal chicken. Chicken on bone are halal. The 2nd time we went in the morning, it was very slow a little bit, i mean the service. But overall experience is satisfying. I would recommend this KFC especially for those who are looking for halal Kentucky Fried Chicken. 😋
