2 really frustrating experiences back to back here in March. Made 2 back to back online orders here, both totaling a little over $20. Later, Went to go pick up but the store was closed (this was well before it was posted as “temporarily closed” on goggle). Both orders, were never refunded despite numerous attempts to contact the store and rectify the situation. I was finally contacted by the supervisor Kayla, but nothing was ever done to refund my orders after I submitted the receipts and order numbers. Disappointed because this was a continent location for me. Poor management and impossible to contact if you have an issue.

The worse. Made my sandwich completely wrong and without the double meat I paid for. It didn't even have the ham it was supposed to have. Called the store to speak to a manager. There is never one available. Left my phone number for a return phone call. Still waiting. Contacted the BBB. I don't take it lightly when companies steal my money.
Update: Been over a month since the BBB tried to contact that subway but they never had the decency to respond to a customer's issue. Never again will I go to this location if any subway at all. Horrible business. Negative 5 stars

I used to go to this store all of the time, but when I drove by this week, the sign was down and it appeared empty. I believe this store is permanentely closed. Too bad

I agree! Ryan from Boston is the best. I hope yall know what a good employee he is! Give him a raise! I only will go to this Subway because of him.

I found my go to Subway. I picked up 3 sandwiches after a mobile order. Ryan who made my sandwich did a superb job making and labeling all the sandwiches. The sandwiches looked beautiful and tasted so good.

The young male that was working was by himself..okay not tripping on that, but his work ethic was HORRIBLE. Didn’t warm up my chicken on my sandwich which was a chicken bacon ranch and I asked him to.
