Dunkin'

Locally owned Duncan Donuts and is horrible. First time I went here I had to wait 5 minutes before the person working finished her cell phone conversation to come around the counter & take my order. Next time I came here I thought they had white mocha syrup but realized once my order was made they don't & only have mocha syrup. I explained that I didn't realize it would be mocha, never touched the drink made and asked for a different iced coffee. She then tried charging me for the other coffee saying it was my mistake & not theirs. I was shocked b/c it's literally an iced coffee but she finally said ok and didn't charge me. The other girl behind the counter complained the whole time while making new my drink saying it was my fault to her manager. Then once I get home to eat my donuts I realized they gave me the wrong donuts! I call them to say my donuts were wrong and I want to come back to get the correct ones & verify they have what I'm coming back for. The lady tells me to keep my donuts & come back tomorrow but I told her I'm coming back now. Once I arrive back, I show the lady the donuts bought were wrong b/c I didn't want them giving me anymore problems, she takes the donuts back and then gives me the correct ones. No place takes food back like that and I got this weird feeling that she planned on putting the uneaten donuts back on the shelf. I'm also 9 months pregnant and just the overall rudeness from the workers at this location was very sad.

Zero stars if possible. Stood in line for several minutes with no other guests in the store, the lady was on the phone and said the man would help me. I ordered my bday drink, received wrong drink. Ordered powdered munchkins, they were stale, never had a stale munchkin before, it was pretty bad. He fixed my drink, with an eye roll. I told the lady I wanted a refund for the munchkins, she said the man would help me, he said how? So she refunded my munchkins and proceeded to keep the sales tax that I paid. I pointed it out to her, i was charged 2.70. She tried to keep the .20 cents. Will never go back to this location.

I have generally had only good experiences here. The last time I went on Thursday, the lady making my iced coffee had a very ugly, nasty attitude. I had enough points to get a free drink which I used to order my drink in the app. I had wanted cold foam which I had to pay for (only $0.70) and as the lady was making my drink makes a statement under her breath. She should have kept her comment to herself and if she doesn't want this job, she should find another one, preferably not in the customer service industry.

Americano - was not at all hot, it was just warm ☹️. Latte - not hot, just warm. Hash browns- best 🤙🏽 crispy and hot. Munchkins- ordered for 5 count: Glazed, blueberry and chocolate, but I received only chocolate 😢😭. BUMMER ☹️!! No complaints on the taste, it was yummy 😋. Just sad that he didn’t give for what I placed order in the Dunkin iOS mobile app and my coffees were just WARM 😪
