The couple staffing the shop were friendly. Not a very large selection of sandwiches, almost no fruit. My sandwich was wrong, but it smelled good so I ate it anyway. It was good! So, I’m just assuming they knew what was best for me. Customer service was outstanding!

Well I work at the hospital. And I used to like their sandwiches. Until here lately. I always ask if the bread is fresh. The last few times I have gotten one, the bread has been dry and hard. And for the price you pay, you really want to eat the whole thing. So I think if they would just take the time to keep them bagged and not just sitting in a container.

Asked for Pineapple mango smoothie. Watched him put bananas in. Then proceeded to tell me he's the owner and he didn't do what I watched him do. Extremely rude! Told him I didn't care who he was. Refused to give me a refund of $5.40, and told me I had to take. I'm really glad other people in line seen how much of a jerk he was and walked away.

Always great service. Tried a few different things. Inside medical city hospital which foods are a bit pricey but overall the food wont disappoint.
