I was really disappointed in my last visit here. The man filling my sandwich had a lot of trouble understanding which ingredients I wanted. He would stare at me blankly when I made clear requests for ingredients that I wanted, or if he heard me he would attempt to add it to my husband's sandwich (which was already complete as my husband was in front of me in line and had already requested his ingredients). This employee also put ingredients I did not ask for me in my sandwich but at this point this interaction was so frustrating that I let it go. On top of all that (literally) he forgot my falafel and placed it on top of the sandwich, making it impossible to wrap or eat when I got home. Not sure what was up with this employee but it really seemed like he was high or something.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Horrible customer service nasty attitude.. and they are very impatient rushing you! the food was not fresh fries were so salty my goodness! And wrap wasn’t even a wrap it like fell all over the place and the vegetables tasted so weird. Another place that is much better than this is EURO AND KEBABS they have similar stuff, and their pricing is much more cheaper than this halal guy place. Halal guys is so over priced! And it’s not worth it if the customer service will be like this and if the food will be so horrible like the wrap wasn’t even a wrap and the plate looked like someone just chewed everything and puked it out! Absolutely disgusting! They don’t even have combos here and everything is so over priced in Euro and Kebabs they have combos and with free refills and their food is so fresh. This halal guy place doesn’t even have free refills. Go to euro and kebabs it’s much better! And cheaper! :)

I love the food here. I’ve eaten at Halal Guys in New Orleans, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and here in Plano, the food here is seriously consistent no matter where I’ve been. Yes, it’s still fast food, but somehow feels healthier than a burger and fries, and it’s very filling. I always get the Falafel Platter; their sandwiches are really good too. The white sauce is awesome and really adds a kick to the food. The red sauce really packs a lot of flavors, but be careful to only add a little to your meal because it’s very spicy. The hummus here is one of my favorites, and the Baba ghanoush is pretty tasty too. You really can’t go wrong here, it’s all delicious!

The Halal Guys at Plano...... Great Delicious Scrumptious Food !! For a limited time try out the Spicy Chicken 🐔 in a Sandwich or Platter.... Also the Crafty Mango Drinks are great !!!!! Be careful with the Hot Sauce, It's really Spicy :) I try it one thin Line else on Side....Dine In is Open Now... Enjoy the Delicious food at the Plano Location !!!! CHEERS.
