I don't normally visit Starbucks, but I was desperate.... there was a long line so I was concerned it would take a lot of time. I ordered and the girl had my drink done very quickly. The cinnamon break took a while, weird! Alyssia took our order and she was so kind. She talked to us about softball and built my daughter up.

One of the slower Starbucks I’ve experienced. Came on a Thursday evening, ordered 2 drinks, one of which a grande Pike. Spent 20 minutes waiting and eventually decided to leave with only 1 of 2 drinks made. Never got the Pike.

I went through the drive-thru, and the cashier, Audrey, was very engaging, kind, and even asked a “question of the day.” I have been to this location a few times, but today I am pleased with the superior level of customer service and engagement I received!

Did a mobile order pickup at the drive thru. Service was prompt, polite, and perky! Love this location.

Very long drive thru times, both in the morning and in evening. App orders always appear that they've been either prepared to order, or they've sat out too long. (Ingredients separated) half of the items are unavailable on the app

This Starbucks location kills it with their turnaround time! I usually avoid a Starbucks line if there’s 6+ cars, but there were 14 when I got in line and I was out within 7 minutes. They’re rocking it!

Girl taking orders in drive thru no personality amd rude. Out of straws out of Cake pops out of cookies out of loaf then charged for brownies after confirming they had charged us then said they were out. Waited in line for over 25 minutes for 2 hot cocoas and 1 coffee. They had barrier or we would have left. Just rude and not into their job and you can tell.

I ordered two drinks and they accidentally made on a macchiato instead of a Frappacinno. I went in and mentioned it and they exchanged it for the correct drink without any fuss. They were really polite and nice. According to my sister who drinks a ton of Starbucks, they have some of the best service in the area.
