Sawasdee Thai Elevated

Ordered their wonton soup, Chicken Pad Thai ans Beef Pad See ew. All were good. The soup was excellent, and the Pad Thai was good though the chicken was "carved" pieces so it was dry. Didn't care for the beef (skirt steak?) used in the PSe. It was a bit tough and chewy. A bit pricey not to be Excellent, but that seems to be the case everywhere these days. Still, I would eat here again.

Ordered the vegetable dumplings, spicy Thai basil stirred vegetables with tofu and green curry. Everything was delicious but I would have opted for a soup had I know the vegetable dumplings were essentially chive pancakes with no other vegetables. For dessert I ordered the mango cheesecake and it was absolutely wonderful and lighter than I had anticipated. The food is very well balanced as all good Thai cuisine should be... sweet, spicy, salty, sour with delicate aromatics coming to the forefront of your palate. This is a place I'd happily come back to.

The second time going to this restaurant, with friends. Easy parking outdoor dining, but we chose to eat indoors. Girls' night out had many appetizers, calamari, stay chicken, spring rolls, dumplings, pineapple shrimp rice, and chicken noodles. Foods were delicious 😋. Their peanut sauce complimented the chicken. For deserts, we had sticky rice with mango and melted ice cream. ALL delicious.

Authentic taste of Thai if you pick the right one. Waitresses (well I'm not mentioning...) are welcoming and service is fantastic. Recommended: grilled beef salad, (any) curry, curry puff, beef pad thai Not recommended: crying tiger beef (overcooked), tofu pad thai (small amount, tofu is overcooked and tasteless). And there's 3% surcharge for credit card payment.
