Just really tired of getting a sad and poor excuse for a sandwich. Couldn't even give we a good deal of veggies. Not sure why they even open the subway. I know it not how they teach to even make these sandwiches. Won't get my money again. Just a rip off sadly.

Took my money via the app, and never recieved my food. 2 weeks later, havent recieved anything not even a reply back to any inquiries ive made for the franchise owner Because whoever is the manager is rude and just kept telling me no when I asked for his name. Worst restaurant/fast food experience of my life. And with all the trouble and no success, im not gonna be eating subway anymore from any given location. Just a god awful experience, who knows if the food was any good, cause like i said I never recieved it. Basically got stolen from. Id give it 0 zeros if it was at all possible.

We ordered online and the food was ready for us when we got there. We took it home and it was the wrong order. They gave us someone else's subs. We called the store and told the staff we got the wrong order and the employee said, "okay, well I don't know how that would happen". No corrective action was offered so I had to suggest we come in and get our order remade. I told him the name on the order so it would be ready when we got there and he said ok and hung up. When we got there they were out of some supplies, and they didn't even start any of the sandwhiches. When we got there, my wife went inside and the staff member told her they tried to call the people who got our food to get our sandwhiches back for us. Really? They were going to give us food that someone else already took home? During COVID? Pretty sure that violates multiple health policies. Who knows what the staff did with the sandwhiches we brought back. They set it on the counter like they were going to give it to the other people. After that we had to wait another ten minutes to get the sandwhiches after we arrived. Not only that, but the cashier didn't even say anything to my wife when the order was ready. She just stared at her like she didn't know what to do and my wife had to ask for the food. To top it off, not once did anyone ever apologize for the mistakes or the inconevience of making us drive back or offer anything for our troubles. Some of them were even rude in the process. We do not plan on returning and we plan on sharing our experience with our neighbors.

Tried to charge for double meat. When I brought to their attention I didn’t ask for that, they proceeded to open and finger through my sandwich, touch the screen, and go through my sandwich again. Needless to say I did not purchase or eat the sandwich. Did offer to remake, but going through someone’s food and touching stuff and going back in is disgusting and I no longer was interested in eating anything from there.

They need to learn how to be more sanitary! The guy making the sub who appears to be someone in charge, was touching everything and then doing peoples subs... and didn’t change gloves for the entire time I was there. It was nasty. I was that and left.

Three weeks ago I went in and used a coupon. Last week I went in and they had a sign saying they no longer accept any coupons. I asked why and the guy who appears to be the owner, refused to answer. Just said no coupons. I walked out. There are three other Subways in the area. Seems pretty foolish.

My boyfriend and I had a buy one get one free footlong sub. I got tuna sub, I did not get it toasted. I was eating it and it tasted like gritty, went ahead and ate it anyway, took another bite and it was hard I spit it out and took my whole sub up to them and told them about, now I'm not mad, I didn't make a scene, but yet the woman was yelling at me saying it is fresh and the manager said it was hard because of the bread, I told him I didn't get it toasted, I asked for a different footlong, he told me he could only fix a 6",that I still had the other 6" there, I told him if you was in my shoes and half of sandwich it bad would you eat it, and he said I'll fix you the footlong but I would have to charge for it or I can fix you 6" and not charge. I was fuming, so I walked out. I won't go back
