Bob Evans

I took my husband for Father’s Day breakfast. Our waitress Sara was very courteous and attentive. We placed our order. We watched as a table of 4 came in 40 mins after us and received their food first. Our waitress kept us informed but no manager came to our table after we were told they would. We received our food with apologies from our waitress. It was good but it would have been better if we had it earlier I will not be back. It should not be up to the waitress to try and fix the situation. Sincerely Robin Cornelius.

We just left this Bob Evans and the service is absolutely horrible. Please believe the other reviews that are telling me how horrible they are. Our waiter was Nick and he was absolutely Clueless. He did not recognize when we needed anything, he did not pick up on certain cues to try to let him know that we needed stuff. And when we first were seated in his section, another employee had to come over and greet us and get our drink orders because Nick didn't even come over and say hello to us, even though he was standing at the table next to ours getting their order when we were seated by the hostess. I even told my wife that we should leave when I realized how long it was taking for him to come over to even say hello to us. It took forever for our food to show up. When my chicken noodles showed up, they were cold. When my wife's salad showed up, it was wrong and it was not even the right portion size. The young woman who seated us noticed that my wife's salad didn't look right and she took it and made her a new one in the correct dish and with the correct toppings. Our waiter, Nick, also got our order tickets completely wrong. It was a mess for the two women at the counter to fix. Until management gets this under control or New Management takes over, I would not recommend coming to eat at this location.

Host was confused, but we were seated in five minutes as opposed to waiting 30 minutes at Cracker Barrel. Gum on a chair. Inexperienced waitress, but nice. Eggs were not good. Fruit cup good. Pancakes ok. Butter not great. Coffee bad. Husband's food completely different than photos, much smaller, but still good. We never go to Bob Evans, it was a good change for us.

Good service. Our waitress was Tess. My wife and I didn't experience the negative things other people mentioned. Tess was quick, friendly, and efficient. Try the Pot Roast.....wow....AMAZING FLAVOR! We have ordered it at various Bob Evans across the country and are never disappointed. We split it because it's in a big bowl over mashes potatoes. ...filling. Good rolls and banana bread.

Read the other reviews went anyways and was pleasantly surprised. We went about midday and instantly got seating. Our waitress was very good didn't let me finish my drink before bringing me a new one. Food arrived very quickly as well much faster than I was expecting. I had the chicken tenders which were hot and tasty and biscuits which were fresh flaky and good. All in all it was a fine experience and I would definitely go again and I would recommend others to do so as well.

I ordered a ham and melted Swiss plain & a side of macaroni and cheese... The ham was a bit too sweet for the Swiss and the bread was toasted a bit much. They also left a tomato seed on it from where I'm assuming they almost made the mistake of placing one... The mac and cheese tasted a bit watery, and neither the sandwich or the side had a consistent temperature... Other than that the service was fine... Tldr: food is eh at best, but the service was fantastic.
