Starbucks

I get my coffee here several times a week. I order via the Starbucks App, and just go to the bar to pick it up if it's ready, if not, I wait a few minutes usually, and then I'm on my way. The Baristas are amazing, I had one issue with one once only (he wasn't even from that store, he was sent over to cover), for a food service store, that is darn near impossible standards to achieve! These Baristas have to deal with a lot, people who have to wait, because there are people ahead of them 🤯, and they're in a bad mood, so they take it out on the people that are serving them, I've seen it, and it's horrible. Throughout this store & it's staff has managed to maintain it's cool, and come out on top, looking forward to seeing them smiling in 2024!

Busy, busy, busy. The SB crew was at the top of their game yesterday around 10a.m. I walked in to order a solo espresso and there were already many people queued up waiting for their drinks and the drive-thru lane was long. But the crew was like a well oiled machine and kept things moving along with great attitude. Someone quickly slid over to take my order with a smile within a minute of my arrival at the register. Coffee smell was in the air and sound of steam frothing drinks was like sweet music to an espresso lover!

First time here as we were only passing through the area. Our drinks were all hot and the food all came out warm so we have no complaints about the product. Friendly staff, still rocking the Christmas vibe on New Year's Day! After a few minutes of waiting while seated, the manager proactively walked over and asked us with a smile what items we hadn't received yet...a moment later the rest of our order was ready! Overall a good Starbucks experience!
