I was there on Tuesday, November 7 at 12:30pm and watched Sarah (Sara? spelling), Jodi R, and every single person on that shift. I was sitting there with my 7 month old for 20ish minutes waiting in the busy lunch rush, screen filled with names, watching these workers kick butt and knock orders out like superheroes with a line out the door. Everyone on this shift deserves a raise, an award, and beyond in recognition, you have a phenomenal team in place and they need to be known. Thank you for what y'all did, everything was delicious as a bonus! :)

I do like Panera's great quality of products and in store service, but prices are not competitive. -- Note to Panera Bread Marketing: The consumer rewards program should be more appealing. For example, it's not fair to have faithful recurring consumers getting an insignificant $2 dollars reward after several visits to the store and spending $50 on average.

I moved here from Tennessee a month ago and I am so impressed with Panera‘s bagels. They come out so consistently good. This is my go to place now.

The food was good. The cashier was nice enough to let us know how busy they were and it would be a wait for our food, good to know. My only complaint was the unsweetened tea didn't taste right but old and my diet Pepsi had no flavor either.

Diane the cashier is INCREDIBLY KIND. She does her best to please customers on this busy holiday weekend and always! The lady with tattoos was incredibly rude to her and made me never want to come back treat staff better

It took forever and the order was wrong. We asked for a BLT and got a Mayo, chicken, and avocado BLT. Our exact words were “just a BLT.”
Edit: I really like the pastries and service is recently quick. The chocolate croissants are delish ✨✨

In attempt to cheer up my kids on their “virtual learning day”, I decided to order a special lunch at Panera. A treat for sure, after arriving at the store, and realizing I screwed up the ordering through the app, I was amazed at how kind their employees were. Amy Bloom took the time during a busy lunch rush to help me fix my mistake. She rocks, and we’ll buy here again.
