With all the birthday parties crammed in one area it was chaotic but otherwise service was great and so was the food.

My daughter had her 6th bday party here. The staff was great. The food was great. But other customers that were there they were horrible. They didn't watch their kids. They tried eating are cake ice cream and tried blowing out the candles. Some little kids would push other kids away from a game after they swiped the card to play the game. I wish parents would teach their kids manners, but that's not chucky cheese fault but had a great time. Also, the parking lot had a lot of smoke and smelled like a skunk

First and foremost, there are no more "SkyTubes", or ball pits. As disappointed as I was by this, my kids still had a blast (they had no idea what it used to be like). What is there now is essentially a child's arcade, with games and some small mall style ride on machines. We got some pizza, and it kinda reminded me of Papa John's, but more expensive. And the giant cookie was.. a giant cookie The staff was nice enough, I don't expect them to be overjoyed, but they weren't rude or anything. Times have changed, so take it for what it is, not for what it was in your memories. Overall, 4/5. **also, do yourself a favor and just buy the points by time**

Was a very nice experience. Not all the staff was upbeat, so if you're looking for an interactive experience provided by the staff, don't! But otherwise food and games were great!

Had blast with my son and family members. We chose to play with a timed play pass. You are able to pause this to eat. Tickets are collected virtually on the play pass cards, you can scan them at a kiosk to keep track.

So we went on Father's Day which was excellent because it was basically empty. My review may be biased because of that. Pizza was great and the crust was brushed with garlic sauce which was unexpected but very good! My daughter loved the veggie plate that was made for her from the salad bar with ranch for dipping. This is a different experience now. As mentioned in other reviews there is no play apparatus like tubes or ball pits, but think of how disgusting those were anyways... For people who think Dave N Busters is better.... Chuck E Cheese has basically rebranded into a toddler friendly arcade. It is different from Dave N Busters for a reason. Highly recommend to come to Chuck E Cheese with toddlers or ages 3 to 6. They do have 2 beers on tap and single servings of red or white wine. You are cut off at 2 drinks which is fine because who wants to see drunk parents fight over air hockey at a kids venue lol!

For starters, it should be said that if you have fond memories of Chuck E. Cheese from your childhood in the 80s or 90s- it is no longer the same place. Granted, the majority of changes make sense for child safety and hygiene, but the prior whimsy is lost with the bright lighting, the less tight and packed design, and the lack of physical activities like a ball pit and play area. I remember it from my own childhood as a wonderful fever dream of blinking lights in the darkness and the desired chaos of youth, so it now feels very homogenized and boring. But with that being said, I took my now 7 year old there for her first "friends" birthday party, and everyone attending seemed to have a blast, as did my newr 2 year old son with what he was able to enjoy. There are still many varied arcade games and activities of that ilk, and the option to have a timed card or wristband instead of a pile of tokens streamlines and enhances the process. And the fact that my daughter and her friends got to go in the ticket "money booth" and grab for prizes amongst the swirling air was a lot of fun. And the food was actually decent, much better than I remember. I'd put their pizza just a rung below typical chains like Dominos and Pizza Hut, and the garlic butter crust was a nice touch. The cake was completely serviceable as well. And the staff made for a great experience, from our party liason keeping things (and hyped up kids) in smooth order, to the prize stand attendant who just let my daughter pick out whatever toy she wanted even if she didn't have the right amount of tickets since it was her birthday and she couldn't decide. Overall, it was a good experience, and worth the rather fair price for what was offered.

Spent $200 here for both my kids to play for an hour and half, pizza, breadsticks, drinks, and they allowed us to bring a cake for my daughters birthday. The place was clean, and fun. They checked wrists as people were leaving, and we felt safe.
