It is a beautifully well kept casino. Plenty of parking. They also offer valet parking. The casino offers you beautiful views of the river multiple options for beverages, alcoholic, and nonalcoholic and plenty of options for food. Including a grand buffet. The bathrooms are very clean. It can be somewhat easy to get yourself, turned around in the rose and rows of slot machines, and not know which side of the building you’re on. If there is a large event going on like a Steelers game, which is right across from the casino, you do have to pay for parking, but they do give you a voucher for the casino.

Only giving 4 stars because DIANE at the WHEELHOUSE (bartender) was amazing, and very personable. Like we love her she got our drinks fast and food in a timely manner. However I already feel like customer service has gone down the drain but now I’m convinced due to a bartender can’t remember her name but she looks young. Hanna the manager came out and made it right as best as she could. We ordered 12pc wing special ( hot wings) the wings came out and was not covered in hot sauce. The “young” bartender proceeded to say she needs to charge us a extra $1 for sauce. So now I have a issue and we didn’t pay for the wings at all. You can clearly see the wings have no sauce. We ordered cheese sticks and my fiance had her cheese in them they replaced them. The buffalo dip came out very dry. I spruced it up but ate it. However when the manager came out the bartender came over to argue with me that she was just “doing her job” and arguing in front of her manager. I was just completely disappointed with the service. I used to live coming to the casino for happy hour but I will not be back due to the service I just received. Horrible S/O to DIANNA once again she’s amazing and we would only come back and only ask for her!

Hotel was nice & clean. Staff was great. Awesome vuew over the OH river. Very nice view. the casino could be cleaner, dealers were awesome. They are not too generous on the drinks while you are playing. No comp drinks at the bar while playing video poker. I play for hours on end and you can't comp a beer... ridiculous! They did bring drinks at the craps tables though. They have to step their food game up on the property. Very few options... steakhouse is outrageously priced....even for a higher end place. I am an AC regular....I expect to overpay what is not comped, but not like that. That's outrageous and not everyone gets comp dollars to use.

The new hotel attached to the casino was very nice. Key cards needed to access the hotel floors so it was secure. Free valet parking for hotel guests. Breakfast was included and better than expected. Our room was very clean and quiet. Very spacious shower. Our view was not great, the other side of the hotel had water views. The casino is nice, has a smoking and non-smoking area. It's a bummer that drinks are not free when playing table games.

1st time here. It's really clean except for the sections that are roped off for renovation. We ate at The Wheelehouse restaurant and besides finding 2 hairs in my food, everything was great. Sara, our server, was very nice and provided excellent service. She had my fish sandwich removed from our check & offered a free dessert, but I know I have a coconut cream pie waiting at home for me, + really didn't want to carry a bag around the casino for the rest of our evening. My husband's club sandwich was LOADED with meats! It looked really good.

Great atmosphere. Went here with my fiance for the first time after a 🐧s game and the place was electric. Took a few looks around before heading to player services to get player cards. It was after 9pm so they were closed. Had to head to the cashier cage and they helped us out real quick. First offer for new players were $5 slot play, food voucher, or $10 table game match. Definitely could have better starting offers, but it is what it is. Stopped at the bar after waiting for a waitress at a slot for 15-20 minutes 🤯. Drinks were good and bar tender was nice. Just would have been convenient to get some drinks while gambling 🤷‍♂️. I sat at the poker room for an hour or so. Players were friendly and conversed almost the whole time. Chips, cards, tables, and the room layout were all nice. Dealers were attentive and talkative which always helps. Overall we liked the experience and will probably be back!
