Echoing a previous comment about not filling the drink all the way up. Also the staff were very loud for a Starbucks. It’s good to make the room alive, but don’t expect to get work done there.

Easy parking for a quick coffee pickup. The staff are very hard working and friendly! This place does get busy with the hospital and hotel nearby but the service is always fast.

I have been getting coffee and occasional breakfast items here for 3 years working nearby. They always get it right, on time, and are kind. I know chains can be less than favorable but this one seems to have it down.

Got an iced tea on a really hot day and it was refreshing. Sat outside by their tables. Beware of pigeons flying above, they rest on top of the building ledge so there was a lot of poop around

they must run this place like the navy because they are FAST and EFFICIENT. mobile orders all over the place and they’re still getting everyone’s drinks finished in minutes. i have never had to wait when i order ahead. it is ALWAYS ready on time. everyone is really nice too. tip the baristas they work super hard and they’re all really good at their jobs :D

It's been awhile since I've visited this location, but I always stopped for a coffee in the morning on my way home from work.
Even at 5 A.M. everyone always had a smile on their face, and were always happy to get you your coffee!

They always take care of me. Treat Everyone special. Got Cafe Latte with soy milk and 1 pump vanilla. So good 👍

Update 10/21/22: My latte was seriously perfect. They made it so fast and the foam was so good. Thank you! My favorite Starbucks in Pittsburgh. Never disappoints
