This Starbucks is simply fantastic! The cafe opens out onto a hotel lobby as well with tons of comfortable seating. I'd definitely come again if I had the chance, the employees are nice and the place is cozy:)

In love with so many things about the Omni William Penn hotel and Starbucks is no exception! Either enjoy what you ordered inside the gorgeous Starbucks itself or do what I did and sip in the lobby. Such an unusual location and great coffee made quickly.

They always do a great job at this location. Prompt service, accurate orders, great customer service!
2 month update, everyone at this location is still fantastic! Sean and the entire crew are all awesome! Whether it's a slow part of the day or during peak traffic, they always go out of their way to make you feel like you're the only customer at that given moment. Keep up the great work!

Located off the lobby of the omni hotel it's the brightly lit Starbucks cafe. Service friendly drinks make quickly and pastry items delicious
Well stocked with all sorts of goodies
There are tables sofas and the lobby is just outside.

The barista was super friendly and very nice. Most of the Starbucks that I have been to, the workers are not very friendly. My dad is in the hospital and my daughter and me walked to this starbucks. She was so nice that it made us feel better. You never know what other people are dealing with and just by being nice you can change someones day. So try being nicer to others. The world would be a better place if every one did this.

This is the perfect location. You could come from your room upstairs in the Omni for a quick coffee, or bring a friend and enjoy a brew together. It's cozy and intimate. The counter service is quick, polite and attentive, and know the menu. The restrooms are in the hotel, but close enough to the seating area. The seating area is large. However there are not electric outlets in every part of the seating area. Still a nice comfortable clean place to sit for a moment and enjoy a brew with an old friend and new friends just the same.

This is a nice Starbucks, the coffee was good, and the staff was very friendly. Enjoyed a cappuccino and a lemon cake. It is a relatively noisy location.

Staff are super friendly here! However, just given how the space is, it's really hard to hear the staff or have them hear you. This is especially true when it's busy. The seating is nice though (which includes the Omni William Penn lobby), so it's still a solid spot.

Nice stop even if you are not staying here. The Starbucks is big enough, but there's plenty of seating in the lobby.
