Wendy's

I ordered 2 large Chili's with no cheese or onion, Jr cheeseburger deluxe with no onions and a small french fries with no salt. The guy kept saying, "is that all" 3 times. I asked him to repeat the order. He told me I ordered Chili with cheese and onions. The manager comes and hand the chili. He tells the manager I didn't want cheese or onions. They closed the window talking and looking at me funny. I know I wasn't going to pay for something and it's not fixed correctly. They gave me the incorrect order for free and what I asked for. I've had dealings with the manager. Attitude!!

Did not enjoy the New cheddar burger. The burger wasn't wrapped completely so when i opened the box and picked it up, (cold) french fried onions fell out EVERYWHERE. The bun needed to be toasted, it was lime dry, stale bread. I asked them told not put bacon on it, but I did want the bacon aoli spread....They packed it with bacon and I couldn't taste the aoli. Took a few bites and then just ate my fries. Was so disappointed.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.. EVERY EMPLOYEE IS ON EDGE, TALKING EVERYONE WITH BAD ATTITUDE, UNPLEASENT ATMOSPHERE. ONE CASHIER LITERALLY CURSED AT THE CUSTOMER... AS IF ITS CUSTOMER FAULT WHY HE CAME TO ORDER. THIS FRANCHISE BETTET CHANGE OPERATIONS TEAM OR ELSE THIS PLACE WILL BE RUINED...SAD HOW EMPLOYES MAKE SUCH A DIFFERENCE IN BUSINESS. ON TOP SERVER TOLD CUSTOMERS WE ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS BECAUSE WE BUSY AND WE ALL WERE LOOKING AT EACH OTHER LIKE SO.MUCH FOR FAST FOOD. I CAN GO ON AND ON BUT NORT WORTH THE TIME. ALL I CAN SAY TOOK ME 25 MINS TO PICK UP MY MOBILE ORDER. WENDY'S PLEASE DO SOMETHING WITH THIS LOCATION.
